Tuttireal Insider – Closed Beta – Policy for Sellers
This policy is part of our Fees & Payments Policy and is a part of our Terms of Use and sets out the terms for sellers when Tuttireal covers the cost of shipping for the Tuttireal Insider closed beta. Tuttireal Insider is an invite-only closed beta membership program for buyers that renews automatically (the “Program”). A benefit of the Program is free shipping on eligible items (as defined below) covered by Tuttireal. You do not need to enroll or make any changes for your eligible items to qualify for Tuttireal Insider free shipping.
- What is Covered
Tuttireal covers free domestic shipping up to $20 in shipping cost per item, for the lowest cost shipping class offered by a seller, from sellers based in the United States to any destination in the United States (“Eligible Items”). For items with shipping costs over $20, buyers are responsible for the full cost of shipping. To be eligible for Tuttireal Insider covered free shipping, the shop must take Tuttireal Payments. For the avoidance of doubt, Tuttireal does not cover any shipping costs when sellers already offer free shipping.
- Payments
You will be paid the full shipping amount on eligible purchases by Tuttireal; however you are still responsible for the transaction fee on the amount you charge for shipping. The payment will appear on your payment account. You will be able to identify when a purchase includes Tuttireal Insider-covered shipping on relevant order communications including the order details page, confirmation e-mail and on packing slips.
- Refunds & Cancellations
In the event of a refund or cancellation of the transaction, the Tuttireal-covered shipping amount will be returned to Tuttireal. In such cases, Tuttireal reserves the right to recoup the Tuttireal-covered shipping amount from your payment account.
