TuttiReal Insider – Closed Beta Program Terms

SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS

Thank you for agreeing to participate in the invite only closed beta of TuttiReal Insider (the “Program”), a paid membership program that renews automatically. You understand this is a closed invitation only beta – which means we are giving you early access to a new product and things may change or not work quite as intended. Your participation and feedback can help TuttiReal build a better product for you and the entire TuttiReal community. You understand the Program may change in later betas and in later final versions of the Program. 

You acknowledge and agree that by participating in the Program you are subject to these Closed Beta Program Terms, all of TuttiReal’s Rules, including but not limited to the TuttiReal Terms of Use (including the limitation on warranties in Section 8, indemnification provisions of Section 9, and arbitration provisions in Section 11), and TuttiReal’s Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”). All of the Terms are incorporated by reference and you should understand them and know you are bound to them by participating in the Program. 

  1. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to access and subscribe to the Program you must meet the following criteria (“Eligibility Requirements”):

  • You must have received a valid invitation from TuttiReal to enroll in and participate in the Program;
  • You must reside in the United States, be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement; 
  • You must have an active account with TuttiReal.
  1. Program Types and Benefits

You may select from one of two Program types: seasonal or annual membership subscription for a recurring fee. Your purchase grants you access to certain Benefits (as outlined below) for the period of time (the “Access Period”) you have elected. Your purchase of a seasonal or annual membership is final and non-refundable. TuttiReal will not issue you a refund, including partial, prorated, or otherwise unless required to do so by law. As this is a beta program, some benefits may not be available on the first day of your subscription but they will be available or redeemable within your active subscription period.

SEASONAL MEMBERSHIP

The Seasonal membership (“Seasonal”) is currently $18 for a three (3) month access period subject to any promotional pricing offered to you for the duration offered to you (the “Seasonal Fee”). The Seasonal Fee is subject to change. TuttiReal will notify you via the email associated with your TuttiReal account prior to any such change. Membership fees are subject to taxation in accordance with applicable federal or state law (“Applicable Taxes”). If you select a Seasonal membership (the “Seasonal”), you will receive access to the following benefits (the “Benefits”):

  • Shipping Benefit: Free domestic shipping up to $20 in shipping cost per eligible item, for the lowest cost shipping classes offered by the seller, from sellers based in the United States to any destination in the United States only. For items with shipping costs over $20, you are responsible for the full cost of shipping. Only items that take TuttiReal Payments Items are eligible for TuttiReal Insider covered free shipping. Some sellers already offer free shipping. TuttiReal Insider members will see an “TuttiReal Insider” logo next to items eligible for TuttiReal Insider covered free shipping. Sellers and items that are eligible for TuttiReal Insider covered free shipping are subject to change. 
  • Deals & Drops: From time to time, TuttiReal Insider members will receive first access to merchandise and deals from TuttiReal sellers. Access and notifications to such promotions may be sent to you via e-mail and/or within the TuttiReal Insider membership hub. Participating inventory in Deals & Drops is limited and subject to availability from participating TuttiReal sellers. 
  • Double Donate the Change: TuttiReal will double the Donate the Change contribution made on each order while you are an TuttiReal Insider member.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

The Annual membership (“Annual”) is currently $72 per year subject to any promotional pricing offered to you for the duration offered to you (the “Annual Fee”). The Annual Fee is subject to change. TuttiReal will notify you via the email associated with your TuttiReal account prior to any such change. Membership fees are subject to Applicable Taxes. If you select an Annual membership, in addition to the benefits listed above you will also you will receive access to the following Benefits:

  • A birthday promotional offer delivered a week before your provided birthday month and day. To receive the birthday offer, you must provide the month and day of your birthday as well as have a valid e-mail address. The birthday promotional offer will expire thirty (30) days after it is sent. Only one promotional offer may be redeemed at a time.

As of January 30, 2025, TuttiReal Insider no longer includes an annual gift as an annual membership benefit. Members who signed up before January 30, 2025 remain eligible to receive: One (1) annual gift designated for Annual members for each year of Annual membership. Such members are eligible to claim one (1) annual gift upon initial payment of their Annual Fee (provided, however, for the beta, TuttiReal may send the redemption instructions after the initial launch of TuttiReal Insider). In the event Your annual gift arrives damaged or after receiving a confirmation e-mail with tracking details, does not arrive, please contact TuttiReal Customer Support. The annual gift redeemable for eligible members may change from time to time in TuttiReal’s sole discretion. 

  1. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL; BILLING

EACH SEASONAL OR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP, AS APPLICABLE, WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW (“AUTOMATIC RENEWAL”). SEASONAL MEMBERSHIPS WILL RENEW FOR ADDITIONAL 3-MONTH PERIODS THAT COMMENCE ON THE DAY AFTER THE PREVIOUS SEASONAL TERM ENDS UNLESS YOU CANCEL OR TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO RENEWAL. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS WILL RENEW FOR ADDITIONAL 12-MONTH PERIODS THAT COMMENCE ON THE DAY AFTER THE PREVIOUS ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP TERM ENDS UNLESS YOU CANCEL OR TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO RENEWAL.

Your access to the “Benefits” begins on the date you enroll and pay the Seasonal or Annual Fee, as applicable, and continues until the end of your Access Period. You authorize TuttiReal to automatically renew your membership for a new Access Period equal to the length of your selected term, seasonal or annual, by charging the applicable Fee plus any Applicable Taxes to the payment method you provided unless you cancel your membership as provided in these terms. 

If you opt out of automatic renewal, cancel or terminate your membership, your access to the Benefits will expire at the end of its specific Access Period. To continue to access the Benefits after the termination of your membership, you will need to purchase a new membership. Introductory promotional pricing may no longer be available if you terminate your membership and sign up again. 

You are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information. If your payment method fails, TuttiReal will notify you and you will have five (5) days to update your payment method after which time, TuttiReal will update your membership status as canceled. TuttiReal is not responsible or liable if you lose your access to Program Benefits if your membership fails to renew or otherwise expires because of outdated or incorrect payment information. 

  1. Cancellation by You

You may cancel the renewal of your Program membership at any time by selecting “Manage Membership” in the TuttiReal Insider membership hub or the instructions included in your purchase or renewal confirmation email. You may also contact Customer Support with a request to cancel. Your access to Program Benefits will continue until the end of your then-current Seasonal or annual Access Period, at which point it will expire. If you cancel, you will not be eligible for initial promotional pricing offered to you.

  1. Termination by TuttiReal

We may terminate your Program membership for any reason in our sole discretion, including without limitation our belief that your continued use of the Program would violate these terms, any of TuttiReal’s House Rules, applicable law, constitutes fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program and/or any Benefit or is otherwise harmful to TuttiReal. 

  1. Termination of the Program

TuttiReal Insider is a closed beta invite only membership program. TuttiReal reserves the right to modify, offer additional, or cease offering the Program or any Benefit at any time in its sole discretion, including but not limited to: changes in Fees, modifying Eligibility Requirements, modifying Program types or the features or functionality of the Program, or modifying any Benefit. If we stop offering the Program, your access to the Benefits will continue until the end of your then-current Seasonal or annual Access Period. We will provide you with notice before material changes in the Program take effect. Any changes to the Program, Benefits or Fees will be effective upon your next billing cycle.

  1. Feedback

We appreciate receiving your feedback about the Program. You agree that TuttiReal may send you surveys from time to time to obtain your feedback about your experience with the Program. In exchange for your invitation to participate in the Program, you grant TuttiReal the right to use your feedback (legally, it’s an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free license to use any of your feedback as permitted by law – but this doesn’t mean TuttiReal owns it, just that we can use it) to improve the Program based on your and others’ feedback, and make this and related products and services even better.
