How to Set Up Your Shop Policies

To set up your shop policies:

1. On TuttiReal.com, open Shop Manager.
2. Select Settings.
3. Choose Policy Settings.

Your policies have several sections and are separated into different tabs: Returns & exchanges; Cancellations; Privacy, and Fixed. 

Policies can’t be added or edited from the TuttiReal Seller app. Please use the mobile web or desktop versions of TuttiReal to update your policies.
