How to Leave a Review on TuttiReal

You can leave a review from your Purchases page:

Go to my Purchases

  1. Sign in to TuttiReal.com and go to Your account. On the TuttiReal app, sign in and tap You
  2. Go to Purchases.
  3. Find the item you want to review.
  4. Choose the star rating next to Review this item.
  5. Describe the item and the service you received. Additionally you can choose a star rating for the Item Quality, Shipping, and Seller Customer Service.
  6. Choose whether to add a photo or video to your review.
  7. Select Submit Review

Alternatively, you can leave a review through the Reviews tab.

  1. Sign in to TuttiReal.com and go to Your account. On the TuttiReal app, sign in and tap You
  2. Go to Reviews.
  3. Find the item you want to review. If you only have one item to review, it will automatically be selected.
  4. Choose the star rating you wish to give the item.
  5. Describe the item and the service you received. Additionally you can choose a star rating for the Item Quality, Shipping, and Seller Customer Service.
  6. Choose whether to add a photo or video to your review.
  7. Select Submit.

The five-star review system

On TuttiReal, 1 star is the lowest and 5 stars is the highest. A shop’s rating is the average of the reviews they’ve received in the past 12 months.

Choose a star rating and describe your experience. The more detailed your review, the more helpful it will be to other shoppers on TuttiReal. Your display name and link to your public TuttiReal profile will be publicly displayed in the seller’s reviews. 

You can also give a star rating for the Item Quality, Shipping, and Seller Customer Service, in addition to the overall rating. Only the review’s overall star rating is visible publicly.

Why can’t I review my order?

If you don’t see Review this item next to your order in Purchases, there are a few reasons why you may not be able to leave a review: 

  • Guest orders must be added to an TuttiReal account in order to leave a review. Claim the order to an TuttiReal account to leave a review if you purchased as a guest without signing in to an TuttiReal account.
  • The order must be within a 100-day review window, starting from the order’s estimated delivery date. For digital items, this window begins once you download your file(s). This window is not paused if the order has an open case. 
  • The item must have been purchased on TuttiReal.com or the TuttiReal app.
  • There must not be an open case on the order. You can leave a review once the case is closed.
  • The order might have been canceled. If an order or transaction is canceled, TuttiReal considers that order or transaction to be over and voided. 

Can I edit my review? 

You can edit the star rating, photograph, and the written note any number of times during the 100-day review period. 

Reviews cannot be edited while a case is open for that order. 

If the seller responded to your review, you won’t be able to edit the review, even if the seller deletes their response. Let us know if you’d like us to remove your original review. 

  1. Go to Your account, then Purchases
  2. Find your order. 
  3. Select Edit review
  4. When you’re finished, select Submit Review
