Drug Paraphernalia

TuttiReal prohibits listings for drug paraphernalia. We may suspend or revoke the selling privileges of members who list prohibited items in their shop.

Items that are considered drug paraphernalia on TuttiReal

TuttiReal defines drug paraphernalia as items that are intended to be used to consume or process narcotics.

We consider drug paraphernalia to include (but not necessarily be limited to) the following:

• Bongs
• Bubblers
• Oil rigs, domes, and dab kits
• Pipes with a carburetor
• Roach clips
• Slides and/or items with a slide
• Vaporizers   
• Otherwise qualifying items that are presented as drug paraphernalia, such as in the listing images, titles, descriptions, or tags

Please note that the above list is subject to be updated by TuttiReal at any time.

My items are not restricted under my local laws. Does this mean that I can sell them on TuttiReal if I provide legal-use disclaimers?

TuttiReal’s policies may prohibit certain items that are legal to buy or sell in your area.

Items we consider to be drug paraphernalia are not allowed in the TuttiReal marketplace, regardless of these items’ regional legal statuses.

Every listing in your shop must still comply with all applicable laws and regulations. It is your responsibility as the seller to be informed as to which laws may apply to the sale of your items.
